2) Shipping Guide for Orders with Pre-order Items:
All orders with PRE-ORDER items will not leave our warehouse until the date stated beside the add to bag button. Calculate ETA from ship date.

Orders containing a PRE-ORDER item will not be shipped right away, or will not be available for in-store pick up right away. See ship date noted beside the add to bag button - this kind of order will leave our warehouse on stated date. To estimate delivery time for this kind of order, add the stated pre-order time to your transit time located on your paid shipping method. All items in 1 order are shipped together regardless of current availability.

Further Example:
Pre-Order item: ship date May 31st
Shipping Method - ETA: 10 days
Estimated Arrival/Delivery: May 31st + 10 days

Estimated time of arrival and delivery guarantee is applicable to major cities only. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Territories, rural and remote places may take more time. Delays may occur due to weather or postal conditions. We will not be chasing Canadapost for any refunds on shipping fees - please understand that to do this is a drain on our human resources.

All days referred to are business days. There are no shipping activities on weekends. Leaving instructions such as "ship asap" or "I need this order at such and such date or I will cancel" does not mean that your order will be prioritized. We treat all orders equally and process them based on the shipping method on your order.

Important: Items are shipped folded in a box or shipping bags. They may require steaming or ironing prior to use. Steaming or ironing costs are buyers responsibility.

My own courier. Handling charge $1.50. If you have your own shipping account with other couriers you can arrange for your orders to be picked up by your courier. Simply choose my own courier, purchase and create your bill of lading online and send us the label link and
