1. Chest - slip tape under arm and put tape around the fullest part of the chest.
2 Waist - wrap tape around the regular waist.
3 Length - from top of shoulder to 3 inches below the knees.
Satisfy the length first , then add 1-2 inches to the chest and waist measurements you have taken (for ease of wear).
Compare you measurement to chart.
If the chest and waist appear to be a bit loose, you will be able to tighten the dress using the sash on the sides of the dress or have it taken in by a seamstress.
If your child requires a dress that is wider but the length is longer than your measurements. Take the one that fits hers in the chest and waist and have the dress shortened.
