Return Policy

 

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your item.  Wear it, Enjoy it, & Show it off!  Every item we sell is brand new and they are the same items you see at much higher priced retail stores.  If somehow you're not completely satisfied with your order, within 7 days of receiving your package you're welcome to return them for an exchange.


 


Your satisfaction is important to us!  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for an exchange only. We offer a 7 day exchange policy, meaning, returned package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of original shipment. Email us for return authorization within 3 days of receiving your package. Returns will only be accepted for  exchange (absolutely no refunds). Please note: We will not be able to exchange item(s) that are damaged or mishandled by the buyer. (Shipping fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances) Item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original shape with original tags attached. All returned item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition, unworn and no sign of wear. When returning for an exchange, we cannot be responsible for item(s) that are damaged/lost/stolen during delivery so we suggest for you to purchase a delivery confirmation or tracking. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs. (Please contact us before returning an item for an exchange, you need to have a return authorization number)

 

All items are checked 3 times for any defects before we ship them out. We are 100% sure that all items are free of defects when they are sent to you..

 

Canada:

1.Email us for return authorization within 3 days of receiving your package. Authorization number must be written outside of the box or packaging. Without it, we will refuse the package.

2. Returned package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt, no exception.

3. Place a note inside the package with your instructions (ie. size, style)

4. Buyer will bear all costs of shipping and delivery.

5. If you return items not meeting the return requirements, we will have no choice but to send the package back.

 

All other Countries (excluding Canada)

1.Email us for return authorization within 3 days of receiving your package. Authorization number must be written outside of the box or packaging. Without it, we will refuse the package.

2. Returned package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt, no exception.

3. Place a note inside the package with your instructions (ie. size, style)

4. Do not use UPS to return you item as it always bear taxes when we receive them.

5. Very Important: You must fill your customs form as a returned merchandise for exchange.  Failure to do this will make your returned package with duties and taxes. In the event that this is the case, we will refuse the package.

6.Buyer will bear all costs of shipping and delivery.

7. If you return items not meeting the return requirements, we will have no choice but to send the package back. 

 

 

These policies are in place to keep our costs down, to save you money. Please understand that labor and materials costs a lot of money.

 


Place an order only if you are sure. We can't cancel an order once it is placed. We ship orders  within hours after we process payments. If in any case you refuse an order upon delivery, we will charge 20% restocking fee.
