Return Policy
EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS
We understand the difficulty of purchasing online and we welcome exchanges on dresses and suits for another style of size. Returns will be accepted for exchange only (absolutely no refunds). Email us for return authorization within 3 days of receipt and item must be posted back within 7 days of receiving the product. We calculate days of receipt based on the online tracking. See detailed return procedure below.
Item not accepted for exchange:
1. Used and altered items
2. Items with detached tags
3. Items that are mishandled by buyer
4. Accessories - hair accessories, purses, baskets, wedding books
5. Footwear and Undergarments - socks, shoes, tights, crinolines
Exchanges are limited to dresses and suits only.
Please note: Item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original shape with original tags attached. All returned item(s) must be in a resaleable condition, unworn and no sign of wear. When returning for an exchange, we cannot be responsible for item(s) that are damaged/lost/stolen during delivery so we suggest for you to purchase a delivery confirmation or tracking. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs. (Shipping cost to re-ship items back to you will be the same as the amount you paid to return the package to us.)
Exchange Procedure:
1. Email us for exchange authorization number within 3 days of receipt of item. Authorization number must be written outside the box you are returning. Without it, return will be automatically refused.
2. Send items in the original box/packaging and not crumpled in tiny plastic bags. Failure to return the box will cost you $1.50 (make sure to remove all old labels that is attached outside of the box)
3. Place these info inside the returned package:
- Original invoice
- A note with instructions on what to do with returned item
4. Close the package, and write down your address and our address (do not use the original shipping label) . Write the return authorization you have obtained.
5. Must be posted back within 7 days from receiving your parcel. (no exception)

7. Pay your shipping fees before leaving the parcel at the post office or dropping them at the post box. If you don't, package will arrive to us postage due. Unfortunately we refuse any packages bearing postage fees. If that happens, your package will be returned back to you.
These policies are in place to keep our costs down, to save you money. Please understand that labor and materials costs a lot of money.
Place an order only if you are sure. We can't cancel an order once it is placed. We ship orders within hours after we process payments. If in any case you refuse an order upon delivery, we will charge 20% restocking fee.
