1.What type of payments do you accept?
*We accept mastercard and visa.
*Interac email transfer is acceptable from Canadian buyers only.
*Visa debit must be called in prior to ordering as it does not work online.
* Paypal

We reseve the right to call and ask for additional proof of ownership of credit cards used to purchase. Please use an email that you constantly check to avoid any delays.


2. What currency are the goods priced at?
Default product prices are in Canadian dollars. You can change the currency by choosing the desired currency on the currency drop down menu located on the top right corner of this website.


3. I do not hold Canadian funds, can I still buy?
Yes you can, your payments are automatically converted by your bank or credit card issuer.


4. How to place an order?
Click on the photo of the product you like. Scroll down the page to see product info and measurements where applicable. Place the item in your cart. Quantities can be edited if you need more than one. Proceed to checkout if you are done shopping. Billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statement and it can be the same as shipping address. If you intend to ship your order other than your billing address, write the shipping address at the order comments box.


5. How to place an order using an email transfer payment?
Complete your order and proceed to check-out.
Choose payment by clicking email transfer, the button located at the bottom of the payment page.
Watch for the instructions on how to make the email transfer at the end of the order process.


Shipping/Delivery :

1. How soon do you send the orders?
We process orders within 1-3 days of payment receipt (Mondays-Fridays only), depending on your method of shipment.


2. What type of service do you use?
We use standard, expedited and express canadapost service and arrives to you via your local post office (see shipping and return policy for more details)


3. Do you offer alternative service?
We accommodate faster service with an extra fee, please call or email us to arrange the service before placing your order, if you require express delivery.

4. Are the items insured?
All packages are insured for non-receipt and damages.
