1. How to take measurements for a dress.
We sell pre-made items and dresses are cut generically. Chances are the dresses wont fit your measurements exactly. The dresses comes with back sashes or corset laces so you can have them tightened to fit. There will be instances where you need to have the dress hemmed or taken in. Please try to get the size closest to your own measurements to avoid any alteration.

To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the tape parallel to the floor when measuring. Wear undergarments only. Do not measure over clothing. Once you know your body measurements, consult the Size Chart on the product pages to determine which size you should purchase. |

Chest: |
From 1 1/2 inches underneath the armpit, measure all around the fullest part of the chest. |
|
|
|
Waist: |
Measure around the normal waistline. |
|
|
|
Length: |
Measure from top of the shoulder down to where you intend the dress to fall to. |
|
|
Please consider the length first and foremost, then check if the waist and chest won't be too snug. |
