How to measure for the vest:
1. Back length - run tape from top of shoulder to waist then add an 1-2 inches
2. Check if the waist measurements are ok.
Satisfy the length first. Waist measurements may be larger than your own measurements. The vest have elastic on the back. The vest can be easily taken in if it is too loose.
