How to measure:

1. Pants waist - around the normal waist

2. Inseam - from crotch to floor

3. Outseam - from waist to floor

4. Vest Back Length - from shoulder to waist

5. Chest - around the fullest part of the upper body

6.Wrist to wrist - arms down, measure from wrist passing up the shoulder then down the length of the other arm to the wrist.

7.compare your own measurements to the chart. If you are using the suit

later than 2 months, take 1 size bigger.
